Communication initiatives are vital in supporting the quality of poverty alleviation programme implementation. An absence of adequate communication initiatives could create obstacles in the implementation of programmes. A successful communication initiative could be the bridge between parties involved in alleviation of poverty efforts, and help create understanding between agencies to (1) improve the quality of harmonious relationships between the parties involved in poverty alleviation efforts, and (2) improve the efficiency and effectiveness of implementing poverty alleviation programmes and prevent overlapping in the implementation process.
