Budget

The budget for non-cash assistance in the form of Family Welfare Deposits, including the use of Digital Financial Services or through "Giro Pos" deposits, comes from social assistance funds allocated in the 2014 state budget (APBN).

Funds for Smart Indonesia Cards are derived from the Cash Transfers for Poor Students (BSM) budget, as per the 2014 state budget. Smart Indonesia Cards are being distributed to 1 million disadvantaged families with students who received BSM funds in the first semester of 2014 / 2015 school year.

Healthy Indonesia Cards are for Premium Assistance Beneficiaries (PBI) of the National Health Insurance Programme (JKN). Healthy Indonesia Cards are being distributed to 1 million disadvantaged PBI JKN families, as per the 2014 state budget, which is managed by BPJS Health.
