Complains Mechanisms

Complaints by the general public or implementors can be expressed using LAPOR!:

a. Short message/SMS to 1708:

type KKS(space)(space) - for KKS recipients

example: KKS 88bdf567890009 my child does not receive KIP

or

type KKS(space) - for non-KKS recipients

example: KKS 88bdf567890009 many residences of Anu village have not yet recieved KIS

b. Go to www.lapor.ukp.go.id. Include your full name, date of birth, address and identity card number.
